Order data is shared only with the services required to fulfill it: my payment processors, and my print-on-demand partner (Printify) for physical products. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me.
My merch is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, I can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection — please double-check the size chart before ordering. However:
Digital products are delivered instantly and therefore are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have any issue with a digital product — file problems, import trouble, missing pieces — reach out and I’ll make it right.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time. No-shows are not refundable.
Digital products (stream overlays, alerts, widgets, emotes) are licensed for personal use on your own channels and streams. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files. You may use them in monetized streams and videos on your own channels.
I use a private automation tool (run on my own computer) to publish and schedule content to my own social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok through each platform’s official API. This section explains how that tool accesses and handles data, as required by those platforms’ developer terms.
The tool connects to my own social accounts — with my permission, through each platform’s official secure login (OAuth) — and uses each platform’s official posting API to upload videos, images, and captions that I create. It is used only to manage my own accounts. It does not access, collect, sell, or process data belonging to this website’s visitors or any other person.
This information is stored securely on my own device, is never sold or shared, and is transmitted only to the relevant platform to complete a post.
This tool uses YouTube API Services. By extension, the YouTube Terms of Service apply, and information handled through the YouTube API is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Data accessed through the YouTube API is used solely to publish my own videos — it is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties, and only the minimum needed to post is stored.
Use of the tool also complies with the TikTok Developer Terms and Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data accessed from these platforms is used only to publish my own content to my own accounts, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
I can revoke the tool’s access at any time from each platform’s connected-apps or security settings (Facebook, Instagram & Threads: Settings → Apps and Websites / Business Integrations; YouTube & Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access; TikTok: Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions). Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored tokens. To request correction or deletion of any data this tool has stored, contact me through the TJPuma Discord and it will be deleted without undue delay.
